Did you know that many Point of Sale systems will log your customer’s email after their purchase? This is how you can build your email list.
THIS EMAIL LIST IS ALREADY WARM TO YOUR BRAND SINCE THEY HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU IN THE PAST. 👍Therefore they are likely to purchase from you again.
However, you must ask for the customers consent to send them emails. This can be done one of two ways…

Alright, I have my email list ready, what next?
Once you have your email list, you need to create an email campaign with a call to action.
A call to action is asking the customer to make a certain action by interacting with your email. In this case, calling your restaurant to place a catering order or placing an order through your website (if you have an ordering solution set up on your site)
How frequently should I Schedule Emails?
I recommend making a monthly email that encourages your customer to place a catering order.
