You want your website to succeed in converting regular visitors into paying customers. There are a lot of people that have this goal but do not know where to start.

It’s like panning for gold, you want to have an efficient system in place that will Swift through the sand and produce results.

On a separate post I will go in more detail about this topic. But for this post I will stick to talking about helpful conversion features that have the potential of producibg leads for your company.

Newsletter sign up

First, implement a newsletter sign up. This should be included somewhere easy to find. The goal is to build an email list. If you dont know why building an email list is beneficial then I recommend you read this.

Pop-ups aren’t always a bad thing

Pop-ups are an excellent way to build your email list. This is a more aggressive way to increase the amount of newsletter sign ups on your website. Although some people find pop ups annoying, they are very effective when you offer the visitor something valuable in the newsletter. It could be a free guide book on how to do something.

Abandoned cart feature

Abandoned Cart feature is one of the best ways to build your email list. This feature allowed your website to contact those who have a cart but never finished checking out. Sometimes this feature offers an incentive to have the customer finish checking out. This feature is usually going to cost you something but it’s extremely effective in improving conversion rates.

Scarcity count down timer

Scarcity is also proven to help boost sales. For instance, a sale on a product that ends within minutes shown via timer. This tactic is rarely used on non e-commerce websites.

These conversion features will help capture Leads and generate more sales on your website. To get the best results, I would recommend having your website audited in order to see what specific features would be most beneficial.
